The Washington Hospitality Association State Government Affairs team secured a HUGE WIN for the hospitality industry during the 2022 legislative session. The Legislature allocated $100 million in grants for hospitality operators that did not receive RRF relief, with $15 million set aside for lodging operators who incurred losses as a result of the eviction moratorium.

Urge your senator to VOTE NO on natural gas ban |
|
The Washington state Senate is seriously considering a bill that would ban natural gas in new construction starting June 30 of this year. While this will only impact customers and small businesses in Puget Sound Energy’s service area, this will increase costs for natural gas utility rate payers and is the start to a state-wide ban. |
