🚨Tell your lawmaker to oppose lowering the BAC to 0.05%🚨

The Washington State Senate is gearing up for a vote on Senate Bill 5002. This bill would lower the legal BAC limit to drive a vehicle from 0.08% to 0.05%. This opens our membership to potential legal liability for overservice of alcohol. Currently, there is no training to identify a BAC level of 0.05%.

Even if you've done so already, now is the time to use your voice to ask lawmakers to oppose SB 5002.

Also, we've heard from several members who would like resources to share with their guests so that they can reach out to lawmakers as well. Feel free to print these table-top flyers and distribute them around your establishment.

With our solution, payment processing rates never go up. Yup, you read that right. For the life of the program, rates are locked in. They don’t go up behind your back, in front of you or off to the side. It’s always the same rate you agreed to.

ServSafe Manager is ANSI certified and completes the Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) requirement by MARCH 1, in the Washington food code.
