Need a healthcare plan for 2024?

Containers with PFAS banned in May 2024

Starting in June 2024, foodservice products made from expanded polystyrene such as bowls, containers, plates, clamshells, trays and cups will be banned from use.

ServSafe Manager registration issues resolved

Some members experienced an issue where the ServSafe Manager registration form was not accepting payment. This has now been fixed. The class schedule has been updated through February for in-person classes in Ellensburg, Everett, Seattle, Spokane, Tacoma and Vancouver.

We also offer online certification and private classes anywhere in Washington.

ServSafe Manager is ANSI certified and satisfies the new Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) requirement in the state food code that went info effect MARCH 1.
