Apprenticeship competition: Bite of the Apprentice

On Nov. 13 at the Bell Harbor Conference Center in Seattle, the Washington State Chef's Association will hold its annual fundraiser, Bite of the Apprentice. This competition is between culinary schools, professionals, individual chefs and restaurants. Each competitor will showcase a signature dish or new creation that attendees may sample.
